Notice on Applying for 2020-2021 MOE “Outstanding International Students”


一、 申请条件


Requirements


我校二年级（含）以上品学兼优的中国政府奖学金学历生（包括本科生、研究生）。


CSC international students who are studying for Bachelor, Master or Doctor Degree in grade two or above at CUST.


1.对华态度友好，在华表现优秀。


Friendly attitude towards China and excellent performance in China.


2.遵纪守法，身心健康，全面发展。


Law-abiding, physically and mentally healthy, all-round development.


3.学习成绩优异，具备较强的学习和科研能力。


Excellent academic performance, with strong learning and research capabilities.


4.积极参加各项文体活动或社会实践活动；有突出事迹者、有科研论文发表者优先。 


Applicants shall take actively part in various academic or extracurricular activities. And outstanding achievements and published research theses give additional points.


5.无签证过期情况，遵守校规校纪。


No violation of laws and school regulations (no records of overstaying visas).

Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship


网上申请：登录国家留学基金管理委员会来华留学网（http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）进行网上申请，提交电子申请信息。在线填写后打印。


Online application: Please click http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn and apply for an account, filled out the application form and upload the required document. Click the SUBMIT to generate the application form, which should be downloaded and printed out.

3）《我的留华故事》一篇（题目不限），字数不少于800字，中英文均可。


An article about My story of studying in China (no subject limit) written in Chinese or English and no less than 800 words.


4）文章的检索证明、录用通知（其他论文不作为支撑材料上报）或参与发表专著的证明材料


The article’s retrieval certificate, the paper acceptance notification (other papers won’t be counted as supporting documents) or documents to prove participating in the publication of a monograph.


5）各类国家级、省市级比赛的获奖证明或专利证明等


Competition certificates or patent certificates in national or provincial level


6）其他辅助支撑材料(各类课外活动获奖证书、有关推荐人的宣传报道等)


Other supporting documents (certificates of various extracurricular activities or media reports of applicants)

五、申请办法


Application Guide


请符合申请条件的申请人于北京时间2020年11月5日16:00前将上述申请材料交至研究生教学楼311室。未在校同学可于截止时间前提交电子版至 sie@cust.edu.cn。逾期将不再接受申请及补充材料。


Applicants should submit all documents mentioned above to post graduate teaching building room 311 before 16:00 November 5, 2020. Students who are not in China please submit soft copies of above documents to sie@cust.edu.cn before the deadline. Applications and supplementary documents will no longer be accepted if overdue.
